Two suspected cadres of KCP (MTF) and (MC) were apprehended on Friday afternoon by 25 Madras and 8AR at different locations.
A suspected cadre of KCP (MC) identified as Houjam Ibomcha who is also known as Angao (35) son of H. Heramani of Lamdeng Khunou under Lamsang Police Station was apprehended by 8AR yesterday afternoon at around 03.00 pm. And later Angao was handed over to Lamsang Police Station.
On Friday evening at around 07.30 pm, 25 Madras MVCP apprehended another suspected cadre of KCP (MTF) who is identified as Lourembam Tomba, also known as Suresh (28) son of L. Ibotombi of Mayang Imphal, Imphal West district at general area Mullam near Police Station Sanaikot. A Chinese hand grenade along with an extortion note was recovered from Suresh and later he was handed over to Imphal Police station.
