Imphal, Jan 25: Students of Mira Public School, Mongsangei today staged a sit-in-protest in front of the school condemning the blast near the school campus on Saturday evening.
Speaking to media persons, a senior teacher of the school, Loitombam Biramani said the blast occurred just twenty meters away from the girl’s hostel of the school, the lane which passes in between the 109 bn CRPF Mongsangei and the school campus of Mira Public School. He said that the Xth examination is round the corner and such incidents will hamper in the education of school students. He appealed to not repeat such incidents again in future and bring peace in education zone.
