Imphal Jan 25: Fierce encounter took place between a combined team of 22 AR and Thoubal District Police Commando and UG cadres suspected to be URF at Chingjao area which is about 16 KM away from Waikhong Police Station.
Sources said that even though the exact number of casualty is confirmed in the encounter. Another sources said that one cadre of UG might be succumbed in the encounter.
