Imphal, July 26: State government today celebrates the Kargil Bijoy Divas at 1st MR Banquet Hall with Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh as the Chief Guest and Dy. Chief Minister Gaikhangam as the President. On the occasion family members of the army personnel who had laid down their life were honoured. Speaking on the occasion CM O Ibobi recalled the courage of the Indian army who had fought courageously at Kargil war.
