State Govt. writes MHA to initiate tripartite talk

Imphal, Jan 7: Manipur government has urged the Union Ministry of Home Affairs to initiate tripartite talk between the Government of India, Government of Manipur and the UNC which is imposing the prolonged economic blockade along the National High Ways
Manipur’s Chief Secretary O. Nabakishore Singh has written a letter in the regard to the Union Home Secretary Ministry of Home Affairs.
