All Manipur United Clubs’ Organization (AMUCO) in a press release today, stated that the organization is organizing a series of special Discussion Program in different parts of the state on the issues and challenges being faced by the people who are working for the protection of the territorial and the administrative integrity of the state. Laishram Krishnachandra Khuman, Publicity Secretary AMUCO said that “Special Discussion on the present issue in Manipur” will be starting from 20th of this month at the Oknarel Laibung, Ningthoukhong Ward No. 8.
The publicity secretary added that the organization felt the need for a Special Discussion on the present issues as the Central Government is not clear and transparent in its dealing with the present crisis in the state. He further said that well-known personalities of our society will be discussing present issues and the appropriate roles and duties of the public at this critical juncture.
Because of derelictions of its duty, people of the state are losing its confidence in the central government, added Krishnachandra Khuman. Blaming the Central government for playing the divide and rule policy, the publicity secretary urged the general public to join the said discussion in large numbers.
