With a motive to boost the BJP candidate, an independent candidate from Langthabal Assembly Constituency Pukhrambam Somorjit Singh today withdraw his candidature from the Langthabal Assembly constituency and assured that he will work wholeheartedly to make sure that the BJP comes back to power in the next government.
All credits go to the BJP leadership, particularly the National Executive Member of the BJP Th. Biswajit, is also the Minister and spokesperson of the BJP led government.
Somorjit filed his nomination as an independent candidate after the BJP denied him a party ticket as his supporters wanted him to contest this forthcoming election. He has been working as a member of the BJP for around 20 years.
On behalf of the BJP, Minister Th. Biswajit appreciated the decision of P. Somorjit and said that the BJP will rise as long as cadres like him take such a decision sacrificing his personnel benefit.
“We under the leadership of the BJP will not disappoint the long cherish dream of Somorjit who had wanted to serve the people and I on behalf of the BJP will certainly make him able to serve the people” , Biswajit said.
“I once again assured that even as Somorjit withdraws his candidature he will continue to serve the people and the BJP will keep supporting him”, The National Executive Member and also the spokesperson of the BJP Th. Biswajit said.
