A social service was conducted at Mini Secretariat campus, Bishnupur in order to keep the complex neat and clean.
Speaking to the press during the service, the Deputy Commissioner Pawan Yadav said that the campus and adjoining area has been declared plastic free zone in the past and the staffs will continue maintaining the declaration by conducting social service once in a month.
District level officers and police departments take part in the social service and also took a pledge to keep the environment clean.
It may be mentioned that the district administration has been organizing social service once in a month in order to spread the message of clean and healthy environment.
