A one day Community Awareness on Health and Wellness Centres (HWC) to Deliver Comprehensive primary health care was held today under Ayushman Bharat, National Health Mission Manipur was organized by the Health and Wellness Centres (HWC) Tekcham at Tekcham Mayai Leikai Community hall in Thoubal District.
Langathel Zilla Parishad Member Ibetombi, Pradhan Tekcham GP L.Iboyai, Upa Pradhan Tekcham GP W. Samananda and Imo, attended the Awareness Programme as chief guest, functional president and guest of honours respectively.
The key objective of the Awareness was to come to a shared and common understanding of the multiple components to enable HWC to deliver comprehensive primary health care.
During the Awareness Programme, CMO Thoubal Dr. N.Jayantakumar, DPM Thoubal Ch.Basanta, DFWO Thoubal Dr.Ksh.Memcha Devi, Nurses under NHM, ASHAs, Anganwadi Workers and Local Peoples of Tekcham attended the program.
