Imphal, July 27: A National seminar on API and UGC Regulations, 2013 was held at Thoubal College, on the theme -Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) and the mandate of UGC for recruitment of teachers to promote the quality of teaching and research in colleges in the state of Manipur.

Randhoni Devi, President, FEGOCTA, Manipur as the Chief Guest, Guest of honour and Functional President respectively.
Prof. Ashok Verman, General Secretary, All India Federation of University and College Teachers Organisation were also attended as the Special Guest.
