Liquors worth around Rs. 71,880/- were destroyed in front of Excise office Thoubal in Thoubal district today.
The liquor destroyed today were seized by police and excise personnel during a drive conducted in Thoubal area.
Speaking to media Dy. SP Excise Thoubal, Th. Priyokumar Singh said the Police and excise team seized DIC Liquor 94 Ltr. 96 bottles of Kingfisher and 500 beer cans of Tuborg.
Thoubal Police Officers among others were present, when the liquors were destroyed.
