SEC meets for sub allocation of fund released under NDRF

Imphal, Oct 7: State Executive Committee (SEC) of the State Disaster Management Authority of the Government of Manipur today held a meeting at 3 pm at the office of Chief Secretary, Manipur. The meeting discussed in depth for sector wise fund sub allocation of fund released under National Disaster and Relief Fund (NDRF) for Earthquake of January, 2016.
The meeting chaired by the Chief Secretary was attended by Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Commissioner (Finance) and Commissioner Health and Family welfare of the Government of Manipur.
Details of the meeting could not be obtained at the moment as it is being underway but official source revealed that the meeting also discussed for ex-post facto approval of miscellaneous expenditure amounting to Rs. 47,37,252 which was incurred for preparation of Memorandums’ relating to flood/landslide/earthquake/hailstorm in the state.
