Imphal, March 19: As the state celebrated Cheiraoba, yesterday, one of the biggest festivals of the Meitei community, it has been observed that almost all the Meitei families have celebrated the festival on the Shajibu Month instead on the day of “Charak Puja” which is a big change that has been spotted in the state, said a press release by South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO).
