SEACO greets the people on 5th Foundation Day

South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO) has extended its greeting to all on its 5th foundation day to be celebrated on August 5, 2015.
In a release, Koijam Brojen, President of SEACO wished to bring prosperity, happiness and peace in the state with the celebration its 5th foundation day.
While expressing anxious over the deteriorating socio-economic standard and territorial conflict of the state, it said that protection and development of cultural identity of a community is universally accepted around the world and if we dint protect ourselves from the hostile forces of globalization the people of Manipur might extinct like the sinking of mighty titanic.
The President also appealed all to support in their effort to protect the indigenous identity of the people of Manipur.
The foundation day function would be celebrated at Lamyanba Sanglen, Palace Compound with Leishemba Sanajaoba, the titular king of Manipur as Chief Guest.
