South East Asia Cultural Organization (SEACO) extended its gratitude to the selection of Prof.Gangmumei Kamei as the member of North East Council (N.E.C). In a Press statement the SEACO said that Professor Gangmumei, who is known for his academic social and political works ,writings, public activities and research works is the first individual from the region to have been elected as a member of N.E.C. It further added that the SEACO felicitated the Professor at his residence at Majorkhul, Imphal by presenting gifts . SEACO also wished the Professor a long life and concluded the program .
