Imphal, May 3: South East Asia Cultural Organisation has issued its condolences on the demise of its incumbent auditor Thokchom Shamo Meitei of Heinoubok. Shamo made valuable contributions during the early days of establishment of SEACO and its members share the grief of the bereaved family and pray that he rest in peace in heavenly abode, a press statement from the organization stated.
