South East Asia Cultural Organization (SEACO) appreciates to those who worshipped Lainingthou Pisatao Khut-heiba.A press statement signed by Asish Hidam, Secretary Publicity South East Asia Cultural Organization (SEACO), said that as part of the initiative taken up to preserve the culture of the state SEACO has been observing Lainingthou Pisatao Khut-heiba since a few years back. It also mentioned that Lainingthou Pisatao was replaced by Vishwa Karma Pujah during the reign of King Chandrakirti.The statement further appeals to the people of the state to extend co-operation in the movement of cultural revivalism.
