The proscribed Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF) has expressed condolences over the death of Chirom Bebe alias Thapa, 34, a cadre of the KYKL’s Meeyamgi Yaol Lanmee (MYL), who hailed from Khongmaril, Waikhong Tamsam Leikai.
In a press statement issued by its Assistant Secretary, Publicity, Bangkim, the RPF said Chirom Bebe passed away on October 20, 2026, on the occasion of the State’s Ningol Chakouba observance.
Describing him as a dedicated member of the revolutionary movement who had sacrificed his life for the cause of Manipur, the RPF conveyed its condolences and shared the grief of his bereaved family, relatives, friends and associates.
The outfit also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and members of the organisation.
