RK Meghen calls for black flag hoisting on next Patriots’ Day

Former leader of the UNLF and also the decedents of Yuvaraj Tikendrajit, RK Sanayaima also known as Meghen has urged the people of Manipur to hoist black flags on August 13 next year as a mark of respect for the state’s forefathers who laid down their lives defending the land.
Sanayaima, accompanied by several social workers, paid homage to the leaders and warriors of the 1891 Anglo-Manipuri War during a commemorative function held at Hicham Yaicham Pat, Imphal. He said the gesture would serve as a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by the martyrs and inspire future generations to uphold their legacy.
