This initiative aims to empower the youth by providing hands-on training, enhancing employability, and building a skilled workforce for the future. The internship duration is 12 months, out of which, 6 months will be hands-on experience. The Scheme provides valuable real-world experience to the youth and bridges the education-employment gap.
