Imphal, July 17: Schedule hearing of the case filed at Manipur High Court Kh. Ratan which fall today has been postponed on the ground that health condition of Chief justice in charge was not well.
Source said the Chief Justice is presently out of station and is likely to return tomorrow.
Next hearing date has been scheduled tomorrow.
Mention may be made that Police announced former JCILPS KH Ratan as wanted following a report base on social networking site FB.
The same day Ratan had briefed the media that he is not absconding and expressed surprised on how he was declared wanted when he can be meet at any time.
