Imphal, July 7: Presidential Candidate Ramnath Kovin arrived at Imphal Airport, as part of his campaign for the ensuing Presidential election scheduled to be held on July 17. He is accompanied by BJP National General Secretary and N-E Co-ordinator Ram Madhav. State MJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Ksh Bhavananda and Works Minister Th. Biswajit Singh received the Presidential Candidate at Imphal Airport. The Presidential Election is schedule to hold on July 17. While Ramnath Kovin is the NDA candidate, former Speaker of Lok Sabha, Smt. Meira Kumar is the congress sponsor candidate for the Indian President post.
