Quarterly DCC, DLRC and BLBC meeting held for Bishnupur

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Bishnupur, Toijam Opendro, today chaired the District Consultative Committee (DCC), District Level Review Committee (DLRC), and Block Level Bankers’ Committee (BLBC) meeting for the September Quarter 2025 at the Mini Secretariat Complex, Bishnupur.
The meeting reviewed the overall progress of business and government-sponsored schemes in the district, with a focus on initiating feasible and viable units under various development programs. Discussions were also held on strengthening credit banking facilities, achieving 100 percent digitalization, enhancing SHG linkage, and improving the implementation of Kisan Credit Card (KCC) schemes and Financial Literacy Camps (FLC).
The committee also examined the performance of block-level credit plans and addressed operational issues encountered in the execution of credit programs. Also, detailed review of major government-sponsored schemes, including PMEGP, PM Vishwakarma, PMSGMBY, KCC, and others was undertaken in the meeting. Key aspects of financial inclusion were deliberated in the meeting.
The meeting organised by Lead District Manager’s Office, Punjab National bank, Imphal was attended by the Lead District Officer RBI, District Development Manager, NABARD, District Mission Manager, MSRLM, officials from various banks of the district, and representatives from local bodies.
Themeeting, held on a quarterly basisserves as a platform to review the implementation of Annual Credit Plans (ACP), identify problems in credit flow, and devise solutions at the district level.
