Imphal, May 8: Dead body of Sagolsem Prashanta, whose body has been at JNIMS morgue for quite a long time has been accepted by the JAC formed against the unnatural death and his family member today morning. Prashanta’s last rite was performed by cremating the dead body at his locality at Kakwa Nameirakpam Leikai.
The dead body was allowed to conduct post mortem by the JAC and the family members to find out the cause of death. However the JAC continue the agitation by calling 2 days total blockade at Imphal Moreh road at Kakwa area. The JAC further said the JAC will continue stir to get justice even as the body has been cremated.
