Protection and Preservation Committee Manipur (PPCM) today observed Patriots’ Day at GM Hall Imphal.The observance was attended by Elangbam Johnson, Convener of PPCM, Lungnimba Anthangmi Thangal, Literature Committee, Thangal Naga Union and Chandra Haomei, Vice-President, Zeliangrong Union, Assam, Manipur, Nagaland as presidium members.Giving the key note address of observing Patriots’ Day PPCM statement said that now is the time to remember and recall the chapter of history in order to give impetus to the present generation. It also said that the observance reminds us to take collective decision to fulfill our forefathers’ desire to live independently.
