Postman asks money for Adhaar card sent through post

Imphal, April 6: Over hundreds of Adhaar cards sent through post office were remain undistributed by the postman of Lilong Sub Division Post Office. This was found out after a person went for enquiry on whether his pan card which has to be sent through post office has been arrived or not. When asked to deliver the Adhaar card the post man asked him to pay Rs. 30 per Adhaar Card.
