Imphal, Oct 24: 33rd N. Hazari & Dr. N. Tombi State Polo Tournament, 2017 which was re-scheduled October 25, 2017 has been again postponed on October 28, 2017, said a statement of the Manipur Horse Riding & Polo Association.
