According to police sources, the arrests were made as part of a raid operation during the past 24 hours.
Approximately 238 grams of heroin powder, estimated to be worth around 50 lakhs in local black markets, was seized from the suspects. The contraband was reportedly smuggled into Manipur from Myanmar and was cleverly concealed within 20 separate soap cases.
