A team of Thoubal Police Commando today arrested a PLA cadre identified as Khundrakpam Open @ Santosh (age 45), son of Kh Maniyaima of Heirok Part 2 Maning Leikai from Wangnjing area yesterday evening. The police team recovered a sum of rupees 10,000/- cash and 2 sim card from his possession.
