A public meeting was held today at Manipur Press Club protesting against the establishment of Ram Krishna Mission by abolishing Uripok Tondon Sana High School.
Members of United Clubs’ Organization including its President Khaidem Heramani Khaba, RK Manishana, son of RK Tondonshana (founder of the school), Parent’s committee members, CBOs and leaders of Student body organizations, who attended the meeting strongly opposed the Government’s step to abolish the Tondon Sana High School to be replaced by Ram Krishna Mission School. The meeting resolved to launch serious form of agitations to save the school.
