Imphal, Aug 27: Unknown miscreants today set ablaze the Advocate Chamber of the old High Court complex near PCTC Oil depot. According to report the incident happened at around 7.15. Fire Service authorities rushed the spot and timely extinguished the fire before it spread towards the old depot and the nearby houses. Chief Secretary of Manipur O Nabakishore and PHED Minister I Hemochandra inspected the site.
