Imphal, Nov 14: Cleaning its hand to yesterday blast at which two personnel of Assam Rifle were killed leaving six another serious injury, NSCN-IM today said that the incident is designed to trigger the peace talk between India and Nagas which is on the verge of solution.
Rebel group RPF had already claimed responsibility of the blast.
A statement of the NSCN-IM said that such sinister design and devilish act of attacking Indian Arm forces at the heart of District Headquarter is nothing but attacking peaceful coexistent atmosphere and instigating another arm conflict between India and Naga forces.
“The political nature of attacking lndian Arm forces at the populace areas of Nagas is nothing but challenging Nagas people movement and its logical conclusion as a Nation”, the statement said.
The statement also expressed heartfelt condolence to the bereave Families of deceased AR personnel and speedy recovery of injured personnel.
