A training programme on NITI TARA (Toolkit for Analysis, Review & Action) for Viksit Bharat, aimed at district- and block-level officials of Aspirational Districts and Blocks, was held today at the Conference Hall, DC Office, Chandel.
The programme was chaired by Md. Firoz Khan, ADC, Chandel, and attended by concerned district and block-level government officials.
The training focused on equipping officials with practical skills to utilise the NITI TARA (Toolkit for Analysis, Review and Action), a data-driven support tool designed to strengthen performance reviews, identify gaps and enable timely, evidence-based decision-making at the district and block levels under the Aspirational Districts and Blocks Programme.
A detailed technical demonstration on the proper handling and operation of the device was also conducted by the Master Trainer from EdCIL and Schoolnet India Ltd. The demonstration provided participants with practical, hands-on guidance on the various features and functions of the device, including its correct usage, basic operational procedures and essential precautions for effective and safe handling. The participants were also given an opportunity to clarify their queries to a better understanding of the device through the live demonstration.
