NE – Scholar Magazine, the first magazine for school and college going students of the state was released today at Manipur Press Club. The scholar magazine is published by NE Brothers Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and is edited by former Commissioner of Arts and Culture Dr. RK Nimai, who had recently retired from his service.The releasing function was graced by Dr. Suresh Babu, Principal Secretary, Education (s), Govt. of Manipur, P Vaiphei, Commissioner Arts and Culture, Govt. of Manipur, Dr. Hamom Naba, Chairman, Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur, P Dhanakumar, Chairman Board of Secondary Education Manipur and Dr. Dr. Kh Shamungou Singh, Environmentalist as dignitaries on the dais.
