Accord between Government of India and NSCN(IM) on date 03/08/2015
At the Residence of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi
Preamble
1.    A separate constitution for Nagalim
2.    Separate Flag
3.    Separate Naga Passport
4.    Permanent UN representation
5.    Join Foreign Affairs
6.    Joint Defence/Military
7.    Use of currency rupees(right to use Naga currency)
8.    Pan-Naga Government to cover to all the Naga inhabited areas

When people of the entire North Eastern states of India is waiting for August 14, the day that Ato Kilonsor of NSCN-IM Thuingalen Muivah is likely to announce the content of the Naga Accord signed between the NSCN –IM and the Government of India on August 3, the said document containing the preamble of the agreement is stated to be leaked to one of the private cable TV network operating in the state. When further investigation, Imphal Times news reporters came to know that the said leaked document content three page but only the front page of the preamble containing the 8  point agreement has been made available to that media house. Interestingly the said leak paper does not have any authentic signatures of either the NSCN-IM Ato Kilonsor Thuingalen Muivah or the Interlocutor RN Ravi. Yet, it is worth trusting the leak paper as it seem to be deliberately passed on to few media houses to look the responses of the people of the state.
This is evident from the past experience. Instances like leaking of the Supra state proposal at which the there were strong opposition to any such move from the people of the three neighbouring states of Nagaland.
Imphal Times still have no idea about the authenticity of this document leaked from the government, assuming it importance we are producing here the 8 points mentions in the preamble of the so called framework agreement signed between the NSCN-IM and Govt. of India.

I am a Naga and I DO NOT endorse any of this!
MY consent was not asked for before these demands were asked.
I do not see why we should have separate currency given the fact that we are in India. It will only lead to more inconvenience and serve no purpose unless they seek to value it differently in which case the value will be lesser than the Indian rupee.
A separate passport. What are we? Foreigner’s now.

This source in all probability, is false because those are demands that can’t and shouldn’t be met by a Centre at this stage. It’s plain absurd.

I also don’t see how militant outfits who don’t represent the people but claim they do, can go about demanding secessionist demands like these AND actually have them met by the government.
Curbing down militant activity is necessary but at what cost?
Development and education are the only two cures. More jobs and more awareness. Hopefully then the youth of Nagaland will stop going to the nscn after failing a grade.
A plebiscite is the minimum requisite for changes like these. Absurd I tell you.

You can’t be a Naga and have that ideology. You talk about absurd, first look how absurd you’ve been in touch with reality. You’re a fake. Dont spoil the aspirations of the Nagas..Your grandfathers bled for your future. Shame on you
