One day sensitisation programme on mission 2.5+ NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council)was organised by IQAC, United College, Chandel on Thursday in the science block of this College.
Dr BD Thumdal, Principal of the College presided over the programme and the resource person of the function, Prof. A Rajmani Singh (Dept. of Commerce, Manipur University)made power point presentation highlighting the various aspects of NAAC and the importance of accreditation by higher study centers.
The presentation of the resource person guided everyone the steps of self -study report(SSR) and dos and don’ts for the preparation of IIQA(Institutional Information for Quality Assessment). The resource person enlightened the audience about the accreditation framework, AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report) and the needful of work culture to get respectable NAAC grades by Colleges.
