Myanmarese intrudes at No-Man Land again

Imphal, Jan 11: For the second time the Myanmarese people tried to intrude at no man land along the Indo-Myanmar border at Moreh. Report said some Myanmarese people came inside the no man land and started fencing the area after getting permission from the Myanmar government authority. However, Moreh Police along with Meitei Council Moreh however, stopped them as the portion of land is no man-land. Mention may be made that on December 30, 2017, the Myanmar authority had started leveling the no-man’s land located inbetween Namphalong and Moreh Premngar in Tengnoupal district using JCB vehicle.  A team of Indian authority led by the DC Tengnoupal District had intervened and stopped them from continuing the leveling work.
