Manipur Network of Positive People, Care and Support Centre Thoubal (MNP+ Thoubal) has appealed all the members of JCILPS and pro-ILPS protestors not to restrict the HIV/AIDS positive people having ART GREEN CARD and taking medication at certified ART centres.
In a release, L Bimol singh, Project Director of MNP+ Thoubal said that ART medicine for HIV/AIDS infected persons are being provided at centres like JNIMS and RIMS. However, due to the ongoing ILP movement the infected persons are not allowed to undergo their treatment/medication at the respective centres.
