The four police personnel allegedly looted a sum of Rs 6 lakhs after assaulting him to near dead. Atwar miraculously survive the deadly assault.
“It is six months now and the concern authority has not taken up any appropriate action against the 4 police personnel”, said Benjamin M Shah. He further added that the attitude of the government is discriminatory towards minority Meitei pangal group.
