Imphal, Aug 16: Four MCS grade –II officers of the state government have been promoted to MCS grade –I . An order regarding the matter has been issued by the department of Personaale and Administrative Reform in the name of the Governor of Manipur. The four MSC grade – II officers promoted to MSC grade I are K. Bono Singh, A Romita Devi, N. Bankim Singh and T Manihar Singh.
