MCPM continues drive on CBSE Schools

Maoist Communist Party Manipur (MCPM) today said that fate of 809 students who were deprived from appearing the class XII examination could not be certain. In a press statement, the outfit blamed one RK Devajit of Wangkhei Hijam leirak and W. Surjit of MM Higher Secondary school for exploiting the career of the 809 students. It said, RK Devajit collected around rupees 20,000 to 25,000 from each student promising them to appear in the examination. The total amount collected from these students which is around 2,50,000 has been handed over to W. Surjit of MM Higher Secondary School for Registration. The statement further said that RK Devajit is taking refuge with the government machineries. It also said that out of the 809 students 89 are being cheated by Ng. Mani College, Khurai Chaithabi Leirak. It said clarification made by Ng. Mani College cleaning their hands cannot be accepted by the party. It also warns the MM Higher Secondary school of providing any form of assistance to RK Devjit and asked W Surjit to accept his wrong or else the party might change its decision against MM Higher Secondary school, said the MCPM statement.
