Maya Kuki from Manipur successfully entered the top 25 securing 14th place in the coveted Mrs. Universe 2020. The 43rd edition of Mrs. Universe went virtual for the first time in history this year due to Covid 19 pandemic and the winners were selected solely based on the power of the audience through votes. There were 88 contestants from across the globe, each representing their respective country. Notably, Maya Kuki won Mrs. India Quarantine Queen 2020 earlier this year along with Mrs. India Gorgeous.
She is a mother of 3 kids and wife of Agrippa Kakai Mate who is an Agricultural Scientist under ICAR Govt of India currently working in IINRG Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Regarding the event and her achievement she said, she feels extremely blessed to be honoured with the title Mrs. IAWA Universe and feels proud to have represented
India in the mega event organised by Mrs. Universe limited.
