It said that the teachers enrolled gosh students to the schools so that they can have more share of Mid Day meal and later the rice of the mid day meal were sold out by them. These teachers who were in reality a guide to the society has now become equivalent with a mere thieve. These activities of the teachers has not only looted the rice mean for the students but also wasted the free books and uniforms distributed under the SSA. As these schools have submitted names of the students who are not actually enrolled in the school huge amount of fund went wasted. It said that various contractors has looted huge amount of money from the fund for construction of schools under SSA and RMSA. The authorities remain blind to these practices being underway in the state of Manipur. The Maoist said that they cannot remain mere spectators to these. It said those concern authority and related individuals are given the last chance for clarification. The Maoist said that they had taken resolution to inspect the condition of the schools both private and government. It appealed the people to support to them in doing so.
