Imphal, Sept 14: While serving stern warning against the BJP to stop its communal politics, the banned armed group Maoist Communist Party of Manipur has called general strike on the same day of proposed Mega Marathon being organised by BJP’s youth wing- BJYM on October 4.
In a release, Maoist said that nothing is changed even after the party warned the BJP not to play with the sentiments of the people on communal line. The present BJP government in the Centre is using 2 (two) underground groups, who are under Suspension of Operation to break the state of Manipur into pieces.
It also said that a retired army officer and currently serving RAW agent namely RK Rajendro, who is also the leader of International Meitei Forum (IMF), is also in the bandwagon to set the state apart.
It also said that Maoist has banned all the activities of BJP with effect from September 15.
