Many condole the demise of Ningthoujam Benoy who had passed away yesterday at his residence at RIMS road. He as 89. Ningthoujam Benoy was the President of the Senior Citizen for Society Manipur. The mortal remian of the social activist was today cremeted with full honour today. Benoy was a social thinker, philosopher and advocate.During his lifetime he had spearheaded various campaign against the draconian acts and other inhuman activities.
