Reception Function of 6 (six) Rashtriya Ayush Gaurav Awardees was held yesterday at Flash Mandap, Wahengbam Leikai, Imphal West. The function was organised by Bharat Swabhiman (Trust) & Patanjali Yog Samiti, Imphal West.
The reception function was presided over by Wahengbam Jadumani Singh, Advisor, Young Socio-Cultural Union, R.K. Londhoni Devi, Shah-District Prabhari, MPYS, Imphal West and P. Ibopishak Singh, Retd. SDC as Chief Guest, President, and Guest of Honour respectively.
The six prominent Yoga promoters from the state of Manipur who were honoured by awarding ‘Rashtriya Ayush Gaurav Award, 2023 at the 3 day Global Ayush Summit held at ARK Resorts, Panchamari, of Madhya Pradesh are Dr. Sagolsem Kulachandra Singh, (Yoga Teacher), Founder Trainer, Patanjali Yog Samiti, Manipur and Organising Secretary, Arogya Bharati, Manipur, Dr. Konsam Basanta Singh, Medical Officer (Ayush) at P.H.C. Bashikhong, Imphal East. Laitonjam Haridas Singh, (Yoga Teacher), Organising Secretary, Bharat Swabhiman (Trust), Manipur State, Moirangthem Charan Singh, (Yoga Teacher), District Prabhari, Bharat Swabhiman (Trust), Imphal West District, Khoisnam Mema Devi, (Yoga Teacher), District Prabhari, Patanjali Yog Samiti, Imphal West and Labuktongbam Sibananda Sharma, (Yoga Teacher), District Sha-Prabhari, Bharat Swabhiman (Trust), Imphal West.
The 3-day Global Ayush Summit was organized by Sanjivani Welfare Society, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh from December 1 to December 3, 2023, at ARK Resorts, Panchamari, Madhya Pradesh. The awards were handed over by Dr. A.K. Dwivedi, Scientific Ad Advisory Board (CCRH), Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, Dr. Shravan Shukla, Project Director and Dr. Rahul Shukla, Project Director & HoD Doctors Panel during the function on Dec. 3.
The awards include Mementos and certificates. Around 100 Ayush Doctors / Yoga Teachers were attended in the Award Ceremony from 12 States.
