Imphal, Aug 16: State government yesterday joined the nation in celebrating the 70th Independence Day at 1st MR parade Ground.
Chief Minister, Okram Ibobi Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam, other Ministers, MLAs, and other top officials of the state government.
As a part of the celebration Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh hoisted the tri colour flag of the Indian Nation.
March-past contingents paid salute to the Tri-colour flag.
