Patient party at RIMS today rounded up a person while attempting to vandalise and loot an ATM Booth UBI near RIMS Maternity wards at around 6.30am today. The person has been identified as R.K. Rockey (age 34), son of (late) R.K. Ratan of Mabudhou Mantri Leikai Imphal. He has been handed over to Lamphel Police.
