Imphal, July 3: One member of the proscribed group KYKL (MDF) was apprehended by Bishenpur CDO team during a routine checking of vehicles at Maibam Lokpa Ching at around 6 pm of July 2, 2016. The apprehended person has been identified as Khiyam Ibomcha @ Lamyanba @ Khangamba @ Amuba (39), S/o (L) Yaima Singh of Moirang Pandong. One mobile handset along with one SIM has been recovered from his possession.
