Imphal, Sept 24: Kangleipak Communist Party-Military Joint Committee (KCP-MJC) has appealed to produce white paper on the utilization of fund by Zoological Garden (ZOO) and Forest Department within 5 day for the year of 2014 to 2016.
In the press release sign by Secretary Publicity and Propaganda of KCP-MJC Ningthem Mangang, the outfit said that the party will examine the mis-utilization of fund in the forest department under the “Save Kanglei Mission (SKAM). The statement alleged that funds which were sanctioned for welfare of the people has been mis-utilised by the officials of the said department.
The outfit said that SKAM will begin investigation to find out the reason for decreasing animals and birds in the Zoological Garden (ZOO).
